Hello, and glad to meet the other exsanguiphiles out there! I'm a long-time fan... I found Forever Knight a few years ago while I was doing my masters' research at OSU. I happened upon it during those late nights in the lab and have been hooked since. It's amazing that it could even be found in the backwaters of Oklahoma... thank god for Tulsa cable companies-- the one glimmer of alternaculture! I'd love to hear what's going on in the FK universe and to hear from others who enjoy the genre. I used to do sci-fi/fan art at conventions in the southeast during my undergrad days and love the community. Let me know if there are cons in my new area.

I first saw FK during its second season. I was impressed with the writing. In fact, the base story of Nick comes from several Shakespear's tragedies. Of course, I was greatly disappointed by the show's demise. Maybe, this is just Sony's way of checking the pulse of its audience. If there is a big response to the cancellation, they may bring it back. Remember, we never saw that Nick actually died from LaCroix's hand. Just a thought.

I discovered FK in 1993 and I have been chasing it around the TV ever since. I am teaching 1st grade in a catholic school right now but I used to be a 7th grade History teacher... so I am always checking those flashbacks for errors. I am married with 2 children... a girl, 16 and a boy, 8. My whole family is hooked on FK. I am a medium-light cousin (let's not get too mushy) I think Nick whines too much.... and secretly I drool over Vachon... but I am inclined to think that a middle-aged matron lusting after a boy almost young enough to be her son... presents an unattractive picture...
