Forever Knight character: Lucien Lacroix (french pronunciation)
Lucien Lacroix Nigel Bennett portrays one of the most popular characters of the show: Lucien Lacroix. Lacroix is Nick's and Janette's vampire daddy, their creator. He is a mean, powerful 2000 year old vampire. He's been brought across into the vampire community by his own daughter, Divia, during the volcanic eruption in Pompeii. Nowadays, Lacroix works at CERK, a radio station, as "The Nightcrawler". His monologues on CERK are usually erudite, intriguing and sometimes even disturbing. They almost always have something to do with Nick, or something that's going on in Nick's life. He spends much of his time making his son's life miserable, trying to convince him to embrace his dark side. Of course, that's no easy task, and like any normal child, Nick just won't listen to his loving and caring daddy...
